Legal Aid
We offer Civil Legal Aid and Civil Advice and Assistance. We can advise you if you are likely to be eligible for Civil Advice and Assistance.
If you require to raise proceedings at Inverness Sheriff Court or within the surrounding area, we can submit an Application to the Scottish Legal Aid Board in Edinburgh on your behalf. The Board will consider a number of matters including your financial circumstances and whether it is reasonable for Legal Aid to be made available to you.
You will require to provide us with details of your income or confirm which benefits you receive.
